Deitar cedo.❀ ❀ ❀ Sábado — As Águas Profundas ❀ ❀ ❀Ao amanhecer - Kundalini Yoga.
Manhã: sabedoria druida/celta e o portal de Samhain: a terra, os ancestrais, o véu fino. Cerimónia do cacau a abrir o coração, seguida do Emotional Release: o cacau prepara, a prática liberta. Alquimia do Som - sound healing de cura profunda e libertação.
À tarde: a Cerimónia das Águas Profundas & Rosa, no rio ou na piscina.
À noite: dança, fogo, voz.❀ ❀ ❀ Domingo — O Retorno ❀ ❀ ❀Ao amanhecer - Kundalini Yoga.
A União Sagrada Interior — o Hieros Gamos: o masculino e o feminino que se reencontram depois da travessia. Sound healing focado na união sagrada (Shakti e Shiva).
A Rosa de Vénus como selo deste caminho.
Tarde: cerimónia de encerramento com partilha, cantos e dança, para nos celebrarmos no novo ciclo que se abre.

Opening circle, simple ancestral chant, sound healing.
You leave behind what came from the road.
Sleep early.❀ ❀ ❀ Saturday — The Deep Waters ❀ ❀ ❀At dawn - Kundalini Yoga.
Morning: Druidic/Celtic wisdom and the Samhain portal: the earth, the ancestors, the thin veil. Cacao ceremony opening the heart, followed by Emotional Release: cacao prepares, the practice liberates. Sound Alchemy - deep healing and liberation sound healing.In the afternoon: the Deep Waters & Rose Ceremony, in the river or pool. Evening: dance, fire, voice.❀ ❀ ❀ Sunday — The Return ❀ ❀ ❀At dawn - Kundalini Yoga.The Sacred Inner Union — the Hieros Gamos: the masculine and feminine reuniting after the crossing. This retreat is for women and men. No prior experience in any of the practices is necessary, only availability to be present, in body and in listening.It will be facilitated in Portuguese and English.
